Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana Cuba. Her family moved to Miami after she reached two years old. Ana Polo Gonzalez was raised in Havana Cuba and moved with her family to Miami at the age of two. The birthplace of Ana Maria Polo was Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is host of renowned Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado" which was the first Spanish programming to be nominated for the Daytime Emmy(r) Award. It was also in 2015 ranked as the number one Spanish-language program on the air at 4pm in key demos. Polo completed her studies at Florida International University with a diploma in political science. She was born in Havana on the 11th of April 1959. After obtaining her PhD from the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for over 20 years. After that, she received her PhD in law at the University of Miami and practiced law for more than 20 years in the city of Miami.
